1) Tomato paste is a kind of concentrated ketchup that made from fresh tomato. Our tomato paste is used as the condiment which is characterized by its dark red and pure flavor, and do not eat directly. It is made from fresh, ripe and healthy processing tomatoes through a series of technical treatment including cleaning, sorting, breaking, evaporating, sterilizing, and filling.
2)The tomato paste contains rich carbohydrate, organic acid, various kinds of amino acid and large lycopene. β-carrotin, V-E, V-C ect. especially that the lycopene not only gives the bright colour, but also can capture other free radical in vivo. Tomato paste can prevents multifold cancer, reduces atherosclerosis, ease off nitrosation reaction in vivo. It is really nature green food without additive.
